Love having pho in a hot stone bowl! I also like how they put white paper on all the tables, so our kids can color on them :D. Btw we came last night, and they gave us $2 red envelopes-so nice!

This place was pretty decent! There's an extensive menu which kinda threw me off (cajun seafood at a pho place?!) Clean, spacious, nice ambiance. Dad can be a stickler when it comes to pho, but he thought this place wasn't bad for the regular pho and the prices are decent (he gave this place a 9/10!)! Hot stone is a gimmick to him tho LOL and I kinda agree, although I think i messed up in putting the noodles straight into the hot stone as opposed to dipping it Ordered: - 6.PHO RIBEYE, TENDON, TRIPE, BEEF BALL (Pho Tai, Gan, Sach, Bo Vien) $13.95 : only came with like 3 bo viens, but i'm not usually a fan and they were big - plus there was enough of everything else. dad liked the large noodles and the soup too. this was a huge serving and we could've shared this between 2 - HOT STONE SHORT RIB (PHO SUON BO) $19.95: dad liked the suon bo a lot and they were also huge! I thought it was alright, though the ribeye was yummy. I wish I had the noodles separately because they split into smaller pieces quickly (i had to use a spoon to eat it like porridge lol). the broth was a little salty imo but the hot stone kept it pipin hot for like 20-25 min lol - PRAWN ( NOODLE) Mi Xao Toi Tom $15.50: this was surprisingly really good. strong garlic flavor, huge prawns. Only issue is that it was lukewarm when it came out ); - PASSION FRUIT $5.5: nice tart drink. Spacious parking lot. Promising place and I would come back to give the hot stone another try - probably would split between 3 and try the other dishes hehe

This is one of my favorite hot stone pho places! They give you so much food, I almost wanna just gate keep this place but the service is pretty ambiance is chill the place is new I think so the bathroom is being worked on and the decor is average. But seriously the pho here is 10/5 for suuuuuure!

If you're looking for a unique dining experience involving pho, this is the place to go. Their featured dish is Vietnamese pho but in a hot stone pot. All the ingredients are on the side and you dip it into the stone pot. The flavoring was decent, a little on the sweet side. They also comes with a bone and brisket, which is another feature that they offer. They do offer other plates and traditional Pho too, but the experience is really that hot stone pot. I do recommend and we try again

I've been meaning to try this place for such a long time and it exceeded expectations! I ordered the Hot Stone Pho Special and it came with so much meat! The broth was delicious and piping hot for a long time. Everything was so flavorful. The staff kept offering if we wanted any broth refills or additional meat and were very kind. We declined only because we were stuffed! Definitely coming back here when I'm in the area.

I visited recently to try the hot pot style pho. We also ordered the calamari. The pho broth came out very hot, and stayed a hot throughout the meal! The beef inside was flavorful and tender, and the broth was very rich with a strong beef flavor! Perfect for swishing the rare beef into. The dish, of course, also came with the sides one usually expects with pho. Overall, hot pot pho was a fun experience, especially on a colder night. The calamari came out hot and fresh, and I enjoyed it with the sauces! (Ranch + sweet chili) The servers in this restaurant were polite and service was quick. I did not have to wait long for my food at all. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere inside the restaurant. It was very clean and relatively quiet inside, with comfortable seating.

Great Pho, but the Hot Stone feels like a gimmick. The stone was so hot, my noodles were too soft to the point where they almost fell apart if i grabbed too much with my chopsticks. You could try the hot stone once, and then just order regular bowls after that. Cuz gimmick or not, this place is delicious! The broth aint too salty and the the meats are delicious. Had all 3 of the premium meats, including the Bo Ne platter and they were all amazing. The baguette they bring out for the Bo Ne is hot all the way through, so their service is great. Also this restaurant is new and modern, so the place is nice and it isnt grungy and dingy like normal Pho places.

What I Ordered: Sweet Potato Fries ($7.95) Crispy Calamari ($11.95) Hot Stone Short Ribs ($19.95) Saltado Shaken Fries - Rice ($16.50) House Special Fried Rice ($14.95) Fresh Coconut ($5.50) Food:The Hot Stone Short Ribs came in a huge stone pot with the broth boiling hot! I loved that the pho broth stayed hot for a much longer time than those of restaurants. The stone pot keeps the temperature for a longer time period. It comes with a variety of meats including two HUGE short ribs, rare steak, and meatballs. The meats are definitely good quality and perfect for pho. The weather's been getting cold, so I am looking forward to my next visit here. The Saltado Shaken Fries came with a good amount of meat and a serving of rice. I think that it complements the hot stone pho quite well, so I would get this again with the pho! The House Special Fried Rice comes with chinese sausage, shrimp, eggs, and vegetables that are fried to perfection. I liked that it wasn't too oily and was surprised by the number of shrimps and sausages! Sweet Potato Fries were thick, which is the exact kind I like! When you feel like getting something fancier than regular fries, sweet potato fries are definitely the way to go. The Crispy Calamari was a decent appetizer as well, it is the kind that has a bit more breading than most. Service: Everyone I spoke with were nice and friendly. The food came out quicker than I expected, which I appreciated because I was starving. Ambiance: The restaurant itself is quite huge. When I visited, there was a big party for a kid's birthday so I know they definitely do group reservations. Only indoor seating available, no outside seats. Plenty of parking in a plaza shared with other shops.

Blue Coral has a pretty extensive variety of Viet food on their menu! Loved I could finally try a hot stone pho. It was lovely and love that they allow you to customize your meat selections. I'm not a beef ball person so I got more tendon which I loved! The mushroom steak noodle was excellent too. Great savory umami flavors and perfect to balance out the pho if you want a heartier pairing. Crab noodle was also good but a bit too much celery for my liking. Everything else was great and left happy!
